bioDensity
STRONGER! bioDensity training is a supervised, nonpharmacological approach to safely and comfortably counteract the effects of osteoporosis, osteopenia, and aging, and has been shown to lower A1c levels in Type II diabetics as an added benefit.
Parkinson’s Programming
We offer several classes specifically focused on empowering those living with Parkinson’s disease to fully optimize their physical function for daily activities while helping to delay the progression of symptoms by retraining the mind and body.
Personal Training
Whether you are new to exercise, need focused attention on weight loss, overcoming workout boredom, injury rehabilitation, or just simply maintaining or improving your health, our personal training programs are ideal because they will be designed specifically for YOU!
Pool & Hot Tub
Our 30' x 60' pool is kept at a comfortable 86-88 degrees—featuring stairways and a chair lift for those needing extra assistance. Our hot tub is 14’ x 14’ and is kept at a comfortable temperature of 98-102 degrees.
We offer open swim times for lap swimming and water walking as well as water exercise classes. Please refer to the Wellness Guide for more details.
Woodshop
We don't want to brag, but our woodshop is state-of-the-art. You will find beginners to skilled professionals working with their hands and minds to create simple projects or a unique masterpiece. Additional monthly usage fees apply.
Cardio Wall
The CardioWall is a light reaction wall that is basically an exercise game. It is ideal for all ages and abilities and can be done seated or standing. The games are easy to learn and each time you play, you are aiming to beat your highest score. It can be played solo or with a partner if you like. The games are about accuracy, speed, and balance and the benefits are many, including improvement in balance, hand-eye coordination, reactions, peripheral vision, strength, flexibility, and mental alertness, all of which can help participants live more active and independent lives.
