Member Login Help Guide
Evergreen Commons uses a software program that allows members to update personal account information, register for group activities and programs, and keep up to date on club announcements and more!
Please note: Members will need to have an email address in order to utilize this system.
1. Go to: evergreen.clubautomation.com or click here (or select ‘Member Login’ on top navigation bar of website)
2. Click on "Access My Account" in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
3. Create your account by entering your First Name, Last Name, and email address into the designated boxes.
4. A message will pop-up telling you to check your email for a verification code.
5 Go to your email, click the link provided in the email. This link will help you to continue setting up your account. (You will not need a verification code.)
6. After completing the steps, return to evergreen.clubautomation.com and login to your account using the user name and password you created.
7. Once logged into your account, navigate using the menu on the left side of the screen

Go to the Member Portal at evergreen.clubautomation.com. Enter your email address in the ‘Username’ box. Click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link under the ‘Password’ box. Check your email inbox for a link to reset your password.

• Select “Group Activities” from your left-side navigation
• Use the search options at the top to find a class or scroll through the list provided
• Click on the Group Activity you are registering for the and then click the Green “Sign up” button for day you plan to attend
• Click your name, once displayed
• Click “Register” and repeat the process for all dates you plan to attend
• You will receive an immediate registration confirmation notice each time you register for an activity
• Your group activities will now show on your “Home Page” displayed under "My Events" on the right hand side of your screen. Note: other registrations such as personal training, programs, etc., will display here as well. You can also unregister from any Group Activity here, simply by clicking “Unregister”
• Registrations can be made up to 30 days in advance.
• Wait List: If you are placed on a waitlist, you will be notified via email for status changes, so check your email regularly
• Cancellations: Please remember to “Unregister” when unable to attend for waitlist and attendance keeping purposes

• Select “Programs” from your left-side navigation
• Use the search options at the top to find a program or scroll through the list provided
• Click on the Program you for which you are registering
• Next scroll down the page and click the Green “Sign up” button for the session you plan to attend
• Click your name, once displayed, and then Click “Add to Cart”
• You will receive an Alert reminding you your registration is guaranteed for 20 minutes. Note: to guarantee your spot scroll up and Click on “Cart” at the top of the page. Pay any fees that apply by entering your payment method and clicking “Submit Payment.”
• Your program will now show on your “Home” display under "My Events"
• Wait List: If you are placed on a waitlist, you will be notified via email for status changes, so check your email regularly
• Cancellations: Please “Unregister” if you are unable to attend the program session for which you signed up. This will help ensure those on the waitlist have an opportunity to participate.
