Our fitness programs are generally presented in ‘sessions’ of 8 weeks. No scan cards are used as they require the payment of a fee that is based on session length. Pickle Ball

A fun game that is played on a smaller version of a tennis court. It’s easy for beginners to learn but can be fast-paced for experienced players. A great workout and lots of fun!
